Things Despite its bad reputation, there are a lot of fun to do around Cleveland. Cleveland has some very nice areas, including Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and Beachwood. The Amish country is nearby. Cleveland, although it has lost its manufacturing base, there are also some interesting places in the city to visit, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Tower City Mall
I grew up in Cleveland Heights, a suburb of luxury at about 10 miles east of the historic centerCleveland. Cleveland Heights is a beautiful, tranquil surroundings. I lived there for 4 years to 8 years and have often returned. It has a large Jewish population and some very good delis. Deli favorite of my family for years Corky and Lenny, who has a great soup, matzo ball and some other great deals.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is one of my favorite places to visit in the area of Cleveland. This is a museum dedicated to the history of rock and roll.Has several displays of some legends of rock and roll, including their clothes and their instruments.
The Tower City Mall is another fun place to visit in downtown Cleveland. It 'was in 1990, after a period of 30 years pause the Terminal Tower was used only as an office building. Now it is a central hub for the system S-Bahn, the RTA. It also offers many shops and fountains of Nice and other displays.
The Amish country is worth one daysTraveling to see. About an hour east of Cleveland, there are many Amish town. The Amish are a very traditional group of people of German origin, they refuse to use electricity or other modern devices. They ride in horse and wagon and clothing 19th century clothing. However, they are using modern technology, as long as it is not theirs.
